Hey there! So I was just wondering about the details of getting a phone, specifically for a Ye Olde who wouldn't necessarily think to seek one out or feel like they needed one. I do want Fern to get one so that she has access to the Forum and texting and all that!

If she's wandering around the Pavilion area of Panorama, is it safe to assume there are some second-hand electronics shops and stuff like that? Would it be fine to say that some pushy seller would go far enough as to try and convince her to buy one? I assume there are other flux-drifts who are just as clueless, so an established NPC might know that some people would require a deeper explanation of what a phone is, its features, etc.
